Leonard Pointe site was previously home to a popular Flea Market and while neighborhood residents were sad to see the market go, Durukan Design responsible for the Exterior, Interior, and Landscape Design of the building, strived fervently to design a building that fit in with the historical, industrial, and character filled of the area.
The approach for the Exterior Design was about blending an eclectic mix of materials to appeal to young professionals and families while paying homage to Williamsburg’s industrial roots. As for the Interiors, they are perfectly balanced between functionality, space and design.
The rustic and industrial details blend seamlessly from the lobby to the hallways with metal lighting accents, reclaimed wood, exposed piping and walls inspired by local art scene. A grand atrium lobby with exterior waterfall, indoor fireplace and full doorman services will greet inhabitants every time they will come home.
